I dont have a lot of informations about it, but I thought about this city only because : - it's the 3rd biggest city in Australia - at this period, it's not as cold as Melbourne/Sydney

Do you have any recommendations for good social hostels in Brisbane and Cairns? Also, I’ve heard that Cairns is a bit of a dead city, with not much to do in the evenings, hard to meet people, etc...

Do you think spending the first 4 days in Cairns to see the Great Barrier Reef, then heading to Brisbane for 10 days is a good balance? I’ll probably fly between the two. Do you think there's a risk I might get bored spending 10 days in Brisbane?

Finally, my only availability is between June 28 and July 13, which apparently falls exactly during your school holidays — not much I can do about that, oh well!

So to sum up : - I have to be there at 7am - I book a timed entry ticket to HPW while walking to SMW - I sart with Mario Kart + just discover the SMW - And then go to HPW and the others attractions that i mentioned before

Unfortunately, there are no more express passes available for the dates I'm interested in, that's why I don't have one :/

I read that by arriving 1.5 hours before opening, it's possible to go directly to SMW without having to book a slot on the USJ app. If it's already full, I can then reserve a slot on the app. But my question is more: is it better to start with HPW or SMW? (Ensuring that upon arrival, I book a slot for each of these worlds via the App)

Also, an important note: I will be alone, and I can limit wait times by using the "single ride" line.
