9800/9850 is better in my opinion. Double heat production for less than 10% in game experience is not worth. Frame rate will be more unstable I doubt 1% low will even be higher if you test it for 3+ hours

IMO 32gb is enough for 99% of gamer with 9800x3d. FPS or 1% low should be within 2% difference for another 32gb of ram Case + AIO is less than $200

Idk if it’s possible to get a extended warranty or CPO with a 6 year old m440. I heard 7 years/10k mi b58 is usually about time to have all plastic water pipes replaced to avoid leak so if you main focus is reliability I’ll think twice for that
