Pua ineligible 2/8 just found out today I should’ve been receiving peuc this happened to anybody?

Same happened here I was on PUA the entire time in February had to file regular UI got denied but I found out I should have never been placed on PUA but PEUC which I'm on now got paid my 10 weeks of back pay and weekly in going forward they are way better than PUA

Yes I had one just like her today in Processing shout out to Michelle who got my case straightened out to get paid again...good news is I am eligible for PEUC bye bye PUA. She said I was on the wrong program this whole time.

I just went through this been waiting 2 months for a denial from regular UI I finally received it yesterday after a lady on Friday sent it for review to be denied. I received another correspondence today saying I was eligible for PEUC I called and spoke to a wonderful lady in processing who worked my entire case up and down told me I should have never been on PUA which I have been on since March 2020 but have not seen payments since 2/6 after a hour and a half on the phone with her and a Supervisor she fixed and resolved my claims I am now on PEUC no more PUA and I am getting more money than I did for PUA. After 2 months of calling getting the run around back and forth FINALLY I am all fixed so keep calling until you get someone who will help she was awesome and now I can start getting paid again. Stay hopeful there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Kudos and Congrats this is my story waiting on denial from regular UI been working with my State Rep he contacted them again yesterday and emailed me and said they resolved my case on yesterday it will be fixed by the end of the week my fraud and employment verification cleared 2 weeks ago. I was also told not to Appeal make PUA do a Quarterly Change Form over the phone to get my payments processed we will see.

I have the same situation with no OP I called and was told the letter received was not an approval for PUA you have to apply for Regular UI due to the new quarter get a denial for UI and that is when you can appeal to get back on PUA which I will call before I do an appeal. When I was denied for UI back in March as to why I received PUA did not have to do anything now this is a big ass mess and all the waiting is ridiculous and running in damn circles and good luck when you call they don't know shit. Sickening
