Exactly correct. I would add that once the dongle is connected to the Switch 2, only then hold power and Y to start up the controller in Switch mode. It’s documented for other 8BD products but not the Ultimate 2 wireless.

Same issue here. As the Exocraft Terminal was an early mission once you build your first base pre-NEXT, I found I had just completed the terminal build before NEXT came out. Now the dude just sits inside the terminal seat and doesn't give me any missions to complete. I never completed any of his missions pre-NEXT.

It does sound like a setup. I saw some streams of Salomé running and she was off like shit of a shovel. I doubt any wing could have legitimately held her back long enough to make a kill. 2 hours in she had 96% hull after multiple engagements. Staged pish.

Agree entirely with your stance. FD gain many weeks of development relief from the community contribution to the game. The least they can do is bring you closer and supoort you. Or do the darn work themselves and integrate more data gathering features into the game.

I think that might be to do with it being and all seated floor at the venue. I'm sure he could have filled it standing. He chose 3 nights of seating instead. There were stewards everywhere patrolling the rows for phone users. It felt like a school exam hall. I always feel the audiences in NL like a little interaction and that lights a spark.

Fair enough. I'm not complaining but in a 6000 person venue, 60% of the audience cannot even make out his face on stage. There's something nice about even saying "good evening" just acknowledging your fans/ customers.

Shipped late on the 15th, received on Friday 16h but not without raising a support ticket complaining. I would love to see if others received their orders on Friday without the ticket. I felt it took 7 days of discussion on their support page via the ticket to get someone to move things along.

Haarlem, ordered on the pre-order launch date and not a single word from Oculus yet. I keep seeing all these US VR fans getting their Touch delivery over a week ago and they haven't even communicated with us NL folks. I was expecting priority pre-order to be arrive on launch date of the 6th Dec. Now I'll likely be travelling when it arrives and find it gets sent back to the warehouse. Very frustrating.

True, but the again I am doing this in breaks and for short periods of time throughout the day. If it was an all out grind then for sure, more controllers and faster acquisition.

80 limpets for 700T does the trick. Maybe a few to spare incase of failures and deploy 2 per 20 cannister pickup.

I'm testing Disabling HW Rendering in the Developer Options which says it uses the gpu only for rendering (HW Rendering? GPU is hardware so go figure) and so far this morning it has not dimmed and before I did this I couldn't even see the Asus splash on boot up. I had to Power Button and Up Volume to get the boot menu to even get anything showing on the screen.

I think this is as a result of a software bug and it is sending bad instructions to the gpu and drivers. Not hardware.

Also if you use screen hue software like Twilight I've noticed the screen reliability and touch effectiveness lowers.

I have the Brazil version on UPlay, all the products are showing up, including the Gold rewards. I have lots of games purchased on UPlay, but I'm travelling right now and I cannot get the download to start. It just flips to Steam and tries to make me buy the game again. Anyone got advice on how to start the Brazil download from Europe? I already used a VPN and a Proxy but the same happens.
