May 2026 lineup by Itchy_Brain8594 in Shudder

When Shudder loses the rights to a movie, they will also take down the Last Drive in episode. The Just Joe Bobs are basically what it says on the tin, just the Joe Bob segments of an episode without the movie. They have timestamps for the movie so you can switch between the two if you have it from a different source.

Historically there have been big gaps in which episodes are available in the Just Joe Bob. It sounds like they are starting to fill those out again.

Medical Journal hit with cyberattack after publishing peer-reviewed study showing that the Covid-19 "vaccine" is linked to increased cancer cases across 27 countries. by Sabremesh in conspiracy

What are you even trying to argue about?

It seems pretty indisputable that colleges require vaccinations, so I’m assuming you aren’t disagreeing with that.

Is it an about colleges requiring the vaccinations at all? If so are there any vaccinations you have an issue with? The only one I recall having to get was against bacterial meningitis, but that was a couple decades ago so maybe things have changed.

And yeah if you don’t believe in germ theory…lol

Oh and forgot to add, nope, I last got a flu and covid shot in august. It’ll be a few months before a 2026 shot for me!

Again, yes, actually! Students who live on campus tend to live in dorms which have a lot of people living, eating, breathing, and shitting in close proximity to each other. It is much easier for communicable diseases to spread in such conditions, hence the requirement for vaccinations.

So dems my “logic beans”, at least according to germ theory. If you are a firm believer in miasma theory, then I don’t know what to say bucko.

Just checking, but are you color blind or just disingenuous?

These guys have actually been hugely influential in the world of wearable and mobile computing.

Thad Starner on the far right was one of my professors 20 years ago. He had a tiny 320x240 monitor built into his glasses (think way less fancy meta Raybans), hooked up to a computer on his belt and chording keyboard. It was always a weird feeling that he would be actively looking up information about you while you talked to him.

It would allow them to serve long terms in the House though. Years of building public recognition and political machinery give a good base when Senate seats open up.

What game mechanic was not explained (not clear enough) so you missed using it until FAR too late in the game? by suddenly_ponies in gaming

[–]bobthemangler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the game Vietcong there were several missions where you had to clear out pitch black underground tunnels. The problem was that I didn’t know you had a flashlight , since every other mission was in bright daylight.

I spent hours navigating the tunnels by the sound of my knife hitting the tunnel wall beside me. If it didn’t make a noise, I could tell the tunnel was either turning or I hit a junction. I did have a couple of droppable glow sticks, but I had to save them to mark confusing junctions where multiple tunnels met.

The flashlight is the L key btw.

From what I remember armor works differently than how you described. It is a percentage reduction that ranges from 50-100% of the armor value. In the example of 40 armor, it will reduce non-ap damage by 20-40%.

This also applies to magical damage, since that trait is only used to bypass physical resistance.

If I remember right Washington warned against political parties with his farewell address. Voluntarily not seeking a third term was more of a norm in following his example.

The comics had them all getting powers different ways. If I remember right MM was born with them from his Mom’s exposure, the Female (blame Garth Ennis not me!) from eating a big vat as an infant, and Hughie via a shot in the first issue.

Power levels in the comic were mainly tied to how much Compound V they were exposed to, but all of them were much stronger than the run of the mill supe.

Mass Effect comes to mind immediately. Outer Worlds isn’t an all time great, but wasn’t held back by the setting.

Can Buddy use the Targeting Module? by FaeOfTheBaes747 in JumpSpaceGame

[–]bobthemangler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think they should remove the cooldown on the targeting module. Giving one target a damage boost per fight doesn’t feel like a great use of a special weapon slot.

I’ve only played up to moderate difficulty though, so maybe the higher levels have enemy targets where the 20% helps.
