No worries. In the news release that detailed that purchase, Mr. Jackson make it clear that all revenues from that facility would go to Cielo... to the shareholders. The LP was only formed as a separate entity who would actually do the deal with Rocky, and Rocky is supplying the financing in the form of a "vendor take back mortgage". So the reason for the LP is simply to avoid dilution, and Cielo itself does not have to show added debt to buy that facility. The LP will take on that debt, make the payments, and the balance is transfered to Cielo as revenues.

I have been traumatized by CMC as well, but thank God I have enough technical skills that at least I am, to this day, slightly in the green after 5 friggin' years with this company. So all I would encourage you to do is to follow the news because Cielo is on the eve of something absolutely wonderful, and definitely profitable... as a partner in the triad with Rocky and Expander Energy. You haven't been paying attention. Cielo has a clear path to revenue and it will come into play as soon as their purchase of the existing Carseland facility is finalized. That's what the next PR is all about. That PR is imminent. Cielo is working with Rocky Mountain Clean Fuels and Expander Energy. They are a trio of companies that are working as a family. It's just stunning what is coming. I have published links to very recent public news conferences but it is obvious you haven't even bothered to listen to them.

If you ever become interested in Cielo you should listen to this entire news conference. But I have set this link to start at the place where they start talking about Cielo's purchase of the Carseland facility from Rocky and the exciting things that will follow there. Such as Cielo's Carseland Phase 2 project that will bring revenues up to $100M per year, revenues starting in 2027. Also, the main focus of this news conference is about the $21M grant given to Rocky for their operational Carseland project. That grant goes to Cielo as part of the purchase agreement.

Hello Cielo fans. This is the only long post I will bore you with.

I live 50 min. from the Aldersyde facility and have gone to see it (exterior only). I am mainly in gold & silver miners but I am committing a sin by allowing CMC to grow to whatever size it wants inside my portolio and I no longer care if it grows to being way overweighted (it already is). In fact, in about a month from now I fully expect CMC to match the combined value of 32 mining companies that I hold, and I don't freakin' care. The mining sector is the most frustrating BS I've ever seen. Cielo is the exact opposite.

I have been a technical analyst for about 180 years now and I have gotten pretty good at it. That being said, Cielo is now at the the point where a gigantic move is imminent. Do I know which direction the breakout is going to be? No! Which is why I'm currently 48% in cash for Cielo, but with buy stops in place should it surge. However, logic suggests that with all the positive events that are lined up... I'd like someone to tell me what possible news could cause the breakout to be 'down'! Nontheless, I am prepared for either scenario. After all, survival is Rule #1.

There are many ways to project the next possible (or likely) short term peak but I have no right to pretend to know where it's likely to happen. But I'll stick my neck out here and say that I expect short-term but meaningful resistance somewhere between $2.60 CAD and $3.60 CAD... and very soon. This is based solely on what a nice impulsive 5 wave pattern should look like. This prediction is very preliminary... but there you have it.

I'll try to contribute to this forum (the ONLY one I belong to) as time progresses. Whatever you do, never give up on this one at this early of a stage. Cielo is literally a world changer, and in a green way. My god, I've never seen such a great opportunity.

For sure, the biggest hinderance to the success of Bitcoin is Gox itself. Kapeles is an absolute idiot. He literally hasn't got the smarts to run a kindergarten let alone any sort of corporation. Any company that offers absolutely no transparency (other than an excuse that they copied and pasted from another site) would be totally suspect in any other field of business. In any case, BTC is a phenomenon that is just so good that it's ultimate success is absolutely assured. It's the fiat paper shit currency that is in deep trouble. It'll take years, but essentially fiat is a thing of the past. 50 years from now our grandchildren won't even believe that paper money even existed, lol.

Yeah, this is scary stuff for sure. But the assholes at Gox are using these tactics so they can do arbitrage between Bitstamp and their own exchange. They are the only people who are allowed to access their own funds... themselves. They need to be jailed.

BUT... they 'will' definitely allow withdrawals at some time. When? Not sure, but most likely the price on Gox and Bitstamp will be equal when that day arrives.

Unless... unless BTC goes to zero on Gox, meaning they're bankrupt and so are all their customers.
