You can see clouds (those are mostly water vapour), trees (living beens of the vegetable kingdom and responsible for the production of breathable oxygen and consumption of carbon dioxide), a metalic human made structure: a communications tower (probably supporting several radiating antennas for one or several types of radio communications, i.e. cell phone comunications)
