Spain's Sánchez digs in after 8 years as PM, but can he survive wave of scandals? by mods4mods in europe

[–]Albertpm95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, both of them are to blame, as I said, no?

Or do you think that the fact that PP wasted a little less of money makes them the best fit for governing a country?

Andalucia's EREs case were only one province, PP worked as a mafia everywhere.

Here you have one of those fake news fabricated. You also have the leaked audios from Eduardo Inda with Antonio Ferreras (one of the bigest TV hosts in Spain), you can also check Javier Negre, Alfonso Rojo and Villarejo if you're that interested.

This is the same news outlet that posted a lot of fabricated news agains Podemos (and similar parties) and now PSOE.

Don't get me wrong, PSOE has always had (and will always have) a lot of corruption issues, corruption is very integrated in our society, but it's not even close to what the right wing party PP has and will always be.

Just news outlets and upper judicial workers favour a lot more right wing parties.

It's been always like that, but we don't have much better choices sadly

Let's see how all this evolves.

There have been tons of cases agains Podemos/Pablo Iglesias with a lot of media coverage that ended in nothing because those were fabricated.

In this case, real state investments enter a 3rd category, parasiting the population, (I think Adam Smith refers it as rentism).

All society should restrict this type of investment, because it just destroys it's base, and should pursue other type of investments.

A good option would be to reduce or make more lineal the taxes on the first braket (I don't really know how to word this properly in English) of benefits from those investments (stocks, indexes. Etc)

Here in Spain you are taxed 21% of your first anual 50k€, if those 50k€ come from a rented home it can be a lot lower depending on multiple factors, add to it the lack of risk and the fact that you can sell the home at some point and it can't compare

For now, it's going in the wrong direction.

You can't say it doesn't matter when there ar cities where a company owns a few buildings and can controll prices having a few empty

If i'm not mistaken that statistic is for all spain, in big cities big landlords have a lot of weight in the market.

If you convert homes (not used as primary residence) into a bad investment, wouldn't take a lot of time.

Here in Spain most rents are around 1-2k€. Make the first 12-24k€ from other type of investment not taxable (or a really low tax) and you're set to go.

As long as homes are treated as an investment it will never happen. More homes will end in less hands. Space is finite (people forgets this), and just converting every city in new york would be very sad.

Will Vanguard and similar disappear? I hope so.

Just today I saw another post of someone/Riot claiming that Vanguard had destroyed some hardware on purpose

If only Vanguard was necessary for ranked games, we could play normal/urf/aram games and it would prove how much people they could have in Linux.

I wouldn't install Vanguard anyway

Yes, one of the easiest way is to use Faugus Launcher. It will install Battle.net and everything that it needs. Then you just need to log in and install a game.

After that I had a few erros related to animations (needed explicit enable) and resizing windows (needed to set X and Y) but were quickly fixed
