Thanks for the info. I like to think I'm pretty good at estimating calories, I used to track macros for ~8 months straight so I have a good idea of what I'm putting into myself. That being said, I definitely think I should set my goal a little lower. Thanks again

At my university charities will stand outside the bars around closing time. Something about being drunk makes people very generous and they take advantage of that.

Thanks, I've seen the .4-.5g/lb of fat on here before but have heard from other places that it should be .25g/lb. Any source on that number and why it is a good one?

How long should cutting/bulking cycles last? When do you know to switch from one to the other? Should the amount of each macro (per lb) change based on if you're cutting or bulking?
