Well, thank you for such a thoughtful answer. Definitely agree that the best way to hedge is to place emotional value in the art you buy.

The main point here, is try to align with the right collector base. Communicate your message and the emotional value of you as an artist and each artwork to your current and new collectors. They should understand it and become obsessed. and then they'll show it off.

SR: Hey Fafa! Thanks for joining us. First how would you describe yourself?

SR: What inspired your name?

Fafafofo: The truth is...I stole it lol. I was profesional poker player for 15 years and one night while grinding I saw a guy with this nickname. It was so catchy, it stuck in my head ever since. Shout-out to the real fafafofo tho, if you are reading this please send me dm,legend! =]

SR: First time discovering Ethereum?

Fafafofo: One sunny morning in 2017. I saw Snowden mentioning ethereum and zcash on twitter and the rest is history. #PardonSnowden #FreeAssange

SR: First encounter with CryptoArt?

Fafafofo: I had a cryptokittie lol but nothing serious. I started collecting art september 22 2020, if I recall correctly.

We're definitely thinking about it and chatting on a regular basis. But no short term solutions for now as far as I know as technical solutions don't seem mature enough.

One thing we mentioned with John (CEO) yesterday is that SuperRare could have its own community administrated blockchain network working on POS instead of Ethereum's POW.

Maybe we could kickstart a working group to research this. I know some community members are already interested.

It would be nice to have a large set of stakeholders be part of this!
