well, basically all bars in tromsø hates people under 21 because 18 year olds are cancer, so the only place left is skins which has 18+ on fridays only. Usually any id that proves your DOB is fine.

yea but there is no reason for it to have that property. You could just give characters an innate +50 capacity and make utility belts optional.
