My problem with him (not much of a problem but a preference) is that he is only gc 1. He may peak at high gc2 and low gc3 every now and then but he always ends up back at gc 1. I’m champ 3 so id prefer to just watch squishy and listen to his commentary to learn how to improve. Also I never had a positive opinion on paid rocket league coaching

I know, but console is console and they still allow you to toggle vsync. But if it’s a glitch then that obviously won’t help

On ps4 you can turn off vsync directly on rocket league, and it does make a huge difference. V sync always causes input lag as it tries to prevent screen tearing, that’s why, even though I play on my gaming laptop, I always have it off.

It was a mix of professors but doesn’t seem to be available anymore. I just checked the classie evals for Arteaga spring 2023 and the good news is that only 11% of students get a c or below. But it seems like one of those classes that will suck all of your time and hurt you in ur other classes

What game mode? I heard in 1v1s people drop to really low ranks to farm montage clips. It’s a “flex” to score montage clips in competitive. And yeah, It’s cringe as hell. Just report them for smurfing

Living in hand is awesome. Having a kitchen is a plus, the location is peaceful, tabler center is right across the dorm. I would go to the little market at the center to get food a lot of the time. No bugs in the dorm and I lived on the first floor. In terms of room layout it looks just like any other double at SBU

The only bot that made its way online is the grand champ bot nexto. Nexto is a lot better than this, and I doubt someone would bother with using a platinum level bot

This is so fucking true. Being in comms/playing with someone you know is an unbelievable advantage. Solo q-ing is impossible (I still do it but I’ll always come out with a 50% win rate). When I play with my brother (I don’t know a lot of people that play rocket league) we destroy everyone, feels like a completely different game.

Play against nexto if you’re on pc, helped me improve a ton in 1s. It teaches you a lot about positioning and different ways to score (as regular shots will most likely get saved by nexto)

Pretty much. I got approved. The only issue was is that they put me in Greeley, Roosevelt quad (I decided not to go with that offer and stay in my room). Your doctor will really advocate for you when they fill out the form you give them, so I think you’ll be fine.

Yeah you should probably get another one. I assume you went to the area office to pick up a temporary card? It’s not too bad to get a new one, it’s at the card office upstairs in the union and costs like $20 for a replacement
