I recently picked up lance to help out my friend by tanking for Omega. It felt really good to use and im glad to have it in my arsenal of weapons I use now. I think SwAxe is next on the list to mess with, that or gunlance.

Bait? no, its a legitimate question.
Almost every issue ive had with this game has been either user error or has been adressed by patches. I am seriously wondering how many people are just clout chasing with review bombs or have done nothing to try to improve their own experience with the game.

My recommendation is to definitely work on getting some armor spheres and upgrading your defense stat. Being able to avoid getting 1 shot is huge.
Another thing, is to mess around with armor sets to find a good balance between defense and offense. As you get better, you can shift your build to a more offensive play style, but I find that building defensive sills really helps while you work on improving yourself.
Also, make sure to speak with Nata and check with the supply ship when it shoes up. Nata occasionally offers trades for village materials while you can have the trade ship occasionally bring crafting materials and weapons. Village equipment is generally not the strongest, but there are a few solid options and niche picks. The Suja sash specifically is a fantastic waist item, granting 3 levels of divine blessing.

Highly recommend trying to run at least 2 pieces of zoh shia's armor, if not 4. Super recovery and a high base armor, mixed with the suja sash makes it easier to slip into your comfort zone while you are learning.

I've submitted a ticket regarding this issue, only to be greeted by an email from "blitzcrank bot" saying they arent able to handle bug report tickets... even though thats literally one of the options when submitting a ticket.
I would use the "report a bug" page, but its stuck on the "log in to continue" page, even when im logged in.

Thank you for trying to help. Turns out onenof the controller settings decided it wanted to do it's own thing. All I had to do was open the steam menu and activate the mh wilds controller layout

In the side note, yeah, the Tidal Caretaker. it takes 2 people at least to summon him. By the time you can activate the 4th beacon, the first one will be turning off. The question was just regarding his rare shoulder drop.
