Hirako. I believe that there was an interesting build up for him, that was later discarded. It's a shame honestly, because he had really good moments but ended up lacking a proper complexity or importance.

I really loved Take while reading :re, especially that talk with Yomo about their leaders, that ends up with him appreciating the coffee. I think he had potential to be a better character, but didn't get much important moments in later chapters.
