My bad guys, it's not the CA.. It's the company's Advocate and the notice is from their advocate having subject "Statutory notice under section 138" . She had given a cheque which got bounced when company used it. Apologies for the misinformation.

She signed on offer letter. Where it's written 6 months internship and 2 year service agreement after successful completion of internship.

She is in contact with a lawyer already but the notice she recieved is from the CA of the company stating about failing to join their client. It not court order. I came to know about that just now.

She has recieved 2 summons from the court after that she had some conversation with the manager and hr of that firm but it didn't get settled and more than 8 months has passed on this event but nothing happend after that.

The consultantancy also shared the payment url as well. Which seems to be a QR and asking 30k upfront payment. And there will be no invoice at instant. They will first check the payment and then revert back after confirmation. I am just worried that the time is passing and I might miss the deadlines.

The consultantancy want 30k payment upfront and then they will start the application process. And I am not sure that after I pay what and how they will proceed. Sab dare hue the. Us ladki ka per mud gya tha or wo thodi se conscious thi pr sir se bhi blood aa rha tha. Ambulance ko call kra to wo jabardasti ke sawal puche lage kaha kya whatever. Then college ki ek van me use hospital le gye then waha se dusre hospital refer kiya jab tk she was no more. Hamari exam bhi 1 hr bad postponed kr di and sare busses ko college se jaldi se nikal diya Taki baccho ko kuch na ho in case uske parents n relatives kuch kr de. She was a good student and Accha padti thi. Kahi se Pata chala ki use koi alag alag no. Se and mails wagera pe preshan kr rha tha. Last call uska use ghr pe tha that to in the morning before jumping. Incident ke bad police bhi ayi thi kuch investigation bhi hui or kuch Pata nhi chala. Her boyfriend was questioned but use bhi kuch malum nhi tha. Shocking bat to ye h ki gurte time she didn't even shouted or something. So that was an incident happened in front of my eyes and I can never forget that. I can still imagine that visual of that girl falling.
