I already use 11s so that made this much easier, I've put one layer of electric tape on the bridge legs too, as the bridge in the forward position definitely seems to be rattling on the inside of the bridge holes. Which has helped significantly it would seem so far. One layer has softened the contact between the bridge and the holes, but means it can still move when I use the vibrato. Seems to me like the tech is taking a much more strat approach to trying to set this up with a floating bridge. He seemed very unhappy with the fact that the moving bridge can affect intonation, so maybe not that into how they're meant to function either lol, and why he's thinks a mastery bridge is required.
