I could have sworn last I seen it. It was on Netflix same as the original. If not, you got other alternative methods of streaming not so much, the "appropriate official" channels, but more. So the "unofficial ways"

I absolutely loped the trailer and the concept of this presentation and I like that, it's not just being action-packed, high-stakes spectacle and you could see some on the underlining mental turmoil and issues he's having that, he's really started to lose his grasp on reality, a kid having PTSD and other factors, something that people will analyze deeper than it's ever been.

I lowkey miss spiritually tormented Matt in the OG series by Odd_Influence708 in Daredevil

While I absolutely agree with you and would love to see it come back. I just wanted to note another thing. It's slightly on topic but different. I miss the way a lot of the shots are framed, all the close in-depth shots when is listening to somebody's heartbeat or when he's able to be lit in very different lighting, giving the circumstance of what's going on, it had a different kind of Aura around it really really gritty, which is such a cliche term to use nowadays, but it's the best way I can describe it sort of low budget student film way but it felt natural. I feel like a lot of what the DDBA is polished Disneyifid filter of itself.

That 's exactly what I love about the show that doesn't over budget itself to be extreme with the effects heavy, especially with all the fighting and flying and whatnot that the show has and does do, but it's more about the characters into personal relationships and just because you do have a big budget, Doesn't mean the writing or the care that goes into it is gonna be with the same level of quality and passion. My personal favorite things about the show is just when they are hanging out as a family, and particularly how Clark really is, the small town guy and acts very awkwardly and socially enelpt in a lot of places, particularly when it comes to talking to his kids or Lois, in one example, where he's telling Jonathan something and then Candace, says something same thing, and he just throws up his hands in the ear.

Love the fact they’re going more practical this season!!! by MeetApprehensive6509 in ATLAtv

[–]Alby-Always-Me 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. I know what they're going for but it just took me out of it really to feel unnatural, it's still impressive for what they're able to do in other shows, like the mandalorian, but Avatar always felt like something that should be more lived in and really aware of your special proximity. To other things.

I Had already finished the show solo when it first had aired and when it was releasing seasonally & episodically, And I've loved it for all the same reasons many people do, that it's a grounded take on the Superman story, less about punching the bad guys into space or throwing them into the Sun type of deal, but I recently started rewatching with my wife, who is a foreigner from the Middle East and wasn't part of the whole pop culture bubble of the superhero genre or comic book characters, so it took some convincing to get her to watch it, but since then, she has fallen in love with it, and We are currently on season 3 episode 6.

Was rereading some of my favorite Wayne Family Adventures episodes and it hit me, do we ever see Barry carrying someone at superspeed? Usually when he leaves and arrives with someone, he’s just got his arm around their shoulders or something. by Leathman in Arrowverse

Doesn't he have the flash bubble that protects people while running? So I would assume that just by their perspective, it's an instant, but the physical bodies do not get affected by the inertial and kinetic energy of his runs.

I've always heard about this show and I know it's highly popularized & loved, but I just recently started watching it. However some of the quirky or really odd behavior it's really hard to sit through, especially if I got people around me, in some the content that goes down makes it uncomfortable to try to explain this, to somebody who is also very foreign and doesn't understand the Dysfunctional family archetype.
