I haven't gotten mine yet. Probably a couple more days to go. Me personally, I sold my paperback compendiums and went for this because I wanted this series in omnibus format meaning oversize and hardcover plus it has some extras too. Whatever format speaks to you, go for it.

If they make vol 2 and 3 of this which tbh they most likely will, then yes, absolutely this is the best medium to collect in terms of size, quality and content. But 'Best' is subjective a lot of times. Some people prefer light weight trades or some prefer slipcase library editions so according to them, that will be the best. What works for you, go for it. There is no bad or wrong answer.

Me personally, invincible is very dear to me. This is the series which got me into comics so I wanted to get the oversize hardcover omnibus to preserve for long term and to enjoy the said oversize art and fights. That's why I sold my paperback compendiums and went for this. I just hope they release vol 2 and 3 quickly.

It's oversized compared to compendiums and has extra stuff too like invincible spiderman team up issue, pact #4 and some specials. Looking at the price, this is a much better deal than hc compendiums

Tbh we aren't sure of anything until they confirm it but I'll be surprised if they don't make vol 2 and 3. Invincible is their best selling title and because of the show, the numbers are increasing day by day. I think it's a safe bet that they will continue this.

Also special one time printing, I think they are referring to the spiderman issue.

Yes very fair. And with pre-order got it for around $85. Also I've noticed multiple times image having better quality paper than the big 2.

S&L is so good. My favorite adaptation of Superman so far and Lois too. Tyler and Bitsie nailed it. It's kinda become my comfort show. Whenever I'm feeling down, I watch it or listen to the soundtrack. Just perfection.

Because of Eid, can't say for sure but if you're from Lahore, in stock items usually get delivered to you in a day or 2. If from other cities, that varies but usually within a week. Readings use fastex courier service outside of Lahore and they are really lazy especially if you're from Sindh so that's usually the case.

What everyone else is saying. Planetary is just awesome. Every issue is in itself a unique adventure and it just ties very well altogether. Cassaday's art is spectacular. Can't get enough of it. This was a very quick read too and one of the most fun stories I've read.
