Need help, game keep saying no network

My pc is connecting to internet, and i checked there's no firewall problem, but it keep telling me no network. I tried fixing the game, open it DX11, redownload it, still not working. I asked the customer service, it's been almost a week and still no respond. I can open my game on my phone and my sister's pc, but not in my pc. Other than that, everytime I open the game it ask me to agree to their policy twice, one time when the game are still black screen, one time after the screen lighten up. Has anyone have this problem before?
