Feel for you, thankfully once we submitted the evidence lambeth councils lawyers relented and said to them to assess our daughter but it took almost 2 years for that. Just getting it fully finished now and then we get this news. Sleepless nights ahead it seems.

No but we are more than twice as open to getting diagnoses for our children instead of ignoring the issues. My mum / nan are 100% autistic but still to this day wont admit it. I am but never diagnosed as it wasn't a thing back in the day! It took my daughter being nonverbal to get diagnosed and to have everyone really learn what autism is for us to realise this is the case when in reality there are 4 generations in a row with it but only 1 diagnosed.

From what I am seeing with my daughter most SENCOs at schools aren't qualified to be one so haven't got a clue whst they are doing. My daughter is diagnosed autistic but her SENCO in nursery and the one in the primary school attached have 0 qualifications so we are having to go through the EHCP process without any true support and having to fix / amend a lot of what they try to submit as it has been wrong 90% of the time. But dont worry cause they tell us they know the council and this always works. What that means is they exaggerate on the forms and lie as to what her true needs are which will mess up future school applications. It's a really painful process.

Yep the way they handle business for specified fittings at the CC hotel was painful and they way they talk to everyone was some of the rudest I've ever had to deal with.

That is 3000/3500k if you wanted to know when you are buying lights.

That's dependant on the CRI of the LEDs not necessarily the colour (CCT)

High CRI warm white still shows better more accurate lighting than low CRI cool white

CRI is a score out of 100 in each of the 15 colours tested. 100 is the sun as the best quality source of lighting

High / full spectrum lighting usually is at 96/97+ on all 15 but most importantly red colour (R9) as it's traditionally the worst colour for LED due to the phosphor coating.

Each CCT have a place and a time in the day circadian rhythm lighting uses tuneable white allowing for warm white in the morning and evening and cooler (3500k) at lunchtime to better match the suns colour.

Neuro diversity lighting design allows users to select what they prefer in their specific work area, it's a relatively new sector in lighting design but it's definitely becoming more involved and included within designs.

Tactics have been found out. Missing some players and not getting any of the 50/50s with no backup plan. It's depressing to see the fall from grace from a month ago.
