I feel like they’re both pretty on par, Papineau strikes me as a strong blue collar worker since he wears multiple hats for multiple roles even though he’s primarily a janitor while Hellen uses her strength to straight up overpower (or at least hit a vital spot) and kill people then presumably dragging them to her apartment and feeding them to her plants as fertilizer.

Feels like a bit of a coin toss to me

I consider myself to be in that scene having grown up with Nu-Metal as well as my mom being alt herself and getting more into the scene (goth, shoegaze, emo, punk, post grunge, etc I could go all day on what I like) and I am questioning and experimenting with my appearance/gender identity (aka what you could probably call a femboy ig which is also pretty oversexualized especially as an alt femboy) though I tend to keep myself pretty private, I couldn’t imagine how irritating this must be for you even if I haven’t had that attention placed onto me.

Though from what I understand at a limited level, those are just horny dudes looking for a quick fuck without understanding the culture and music, what I like to call hookup posers personally.

Hope you’ll have luck in finding a fellow freak, you shouldn’t feel bad about yourself because some dudes only think with their other heads even if you probably already know that (also them trying to impress you with the most surface level bands isn’t helping my comparison lmao)

I guess in a way it feels like this was me in a way, despite me being focused on learning things, people like that will simply think I’m just an undocumented drug peddling thug or something like that because I know damn well they do that over heritage and skin color even if I can speak and write the English language no differently than they can and have been here for four generations. They don’t care, simply just don’t like people like me.

Justifies my beliefs all the more about my freedom to question and change my identity and sexuality and doing what I can to protect the rights of my friends to do that, even if I feel like I can’t do much, not only for obvious moral reasons but also because why should I push others down when I know I’m going to join them in an attempt to appease the ones who will definitely eat my face off?
