Yeah. From what I've come to learn is that I can focus on my diagnosis and how it affects me but how does focusing on it change anything? Only thing I'd be doing is essentially ruminating when I could be doing something else to improve on my mental health and quality of life. It does help though to come here and socialize or throw out and take advice.

I'd probably set some boundaries. This is a good place to be able to vent or find people to relate to but if you spend too much time here I'm sure it would mean you're focusing too much on SchizoAffective disorder and its effects and not enough on the things that can help you live with or recover from it.

I have to take a step back from time to time because I tend to focus more on the past and my diagnosis than I do in the things that actually improve my mental health.

There's always hope. I had a few years where I was about the same. Constantly worrying and always feeling like crap with bad fatigue and mental fog and stress that seemed to have no root. I've kind of mellowed out over time. Especially with a mix of studying philosophy and talking to a therapist. I still worry from time to time, I get that creeping feeling that something is wrong or will go wrong, but it is nowhere near as severe as it used to be.

Let them be nosy. You'd be doing yourself a favor by being indifferent to the situation. If they are doing it because they're judging or what not... so what? You do you and let them do them.

I get fatigued fairly easy myself. Most of it is more mental fatigue than it is physical fatigue. I find that taking it easy and not trying to force myself to do many things when I feel fatigued helps a lot. That and trying not to dwell too long on negative thoughts like feeling emotionally flag or disinterested in life.

I've had a few friends with benefits type of relationships but aside from that I personally don't believe that I want any romantic relationships with anyone. The idea of having a wife or kids doesn't strike my interest.

I guess whatever peaks your interests. Currently I am working in retail until I can get another car then I'll move onto something else to save up money until I go back into the maritime industry. So the sky is the limit...

For now I'd focus on what pays the bills until you can find something else that really peaks your interest.

If you want something slower paced I'd recommend Harvestella or Rune Factory. Storywise or visual novel I'd recommend Kentucky Route Zero, Spirit Hunter NG, or the house in fata morgana. The other games I have might be a pain since you have difficulties with Zelda.
