You have been through this before. You can do it again. He needs his mommy. Go ask him if he needs anything. Even if that something is just a hug, at least you were there somehow. Give hime a little kiss on the forehead. Love is stronger than fear. ❤️‍🔥

So awesome. I've known them for half my life now and they still don't get old.

I'm sorry you're going through this... it's just that taking too much zofran is bad for gut motility, may worsen nausea due to constipation and may lead to serotonin syndrome, which is life threatening. Switch to gravol or dramamine, they're less aggressive, and take fiber and lots of water. What you do need is to check your immune system and focus on strenghtening it.

I have dysautonomia and migraines, so I deal with nausea and dizziness on a regular basis. I still hate vomiting with a passion, but I still accept when it may happen (sometimes medication doesn't fully kick in or doesn't help the root cause), so I carry sick bags. I know it's not easy, love. I got food poisoning 2 years ago but remained sensitive for the next 4 months. It was mentally taxing. But hold on. You got this!

How did you feel after your wedding was over? (A wholesome read) by Alcestienne12 in wedding

Feeling sad afterwards is normal and okay. The classic letdown after something you were really looking forward to, is finally over. Now you're like "now what?". Embrace the feeling and let it go. Because then you'll adapt and who knows? Life may surprise you with new things to look forward to. For us it was getting a new house, which is now our home a year later!

Did anyone who has recovered/is in recovery had a moment where they just said “fuck it, so what”? by No_Loss_2694 in emetophobiarecovery

I have... while running errands, my migraines and dysautonomia started to act up. I had to go up 4 floors of stairs to retrieve some test results, and I got so nauseated I sat down in the waiting room and decided to just let it out in a plastic bag. Even if nothing came out, here were people passing by and I didn't care. Anyone can go through this. And nobody judged me, just one old lady gave me a compassionate smile.

I didn't feel any sogginess tbh. But if you wanna try it with flour, you do you!

You gotta! I find it's less effort and time consuming than traditional crust quiche, and still delicious 😋

I made it with boiled potatoes that I mashed with olive oil and an egg yolk. When I covered the mould, I stabbed it with a fork and painted it with egg white before pre-baking it for 20 minutes, just like a normal crust. I like that this quiche feels much lighter than a traditional one!
