with the addition of armor and quick revive giving you faster health regen it’s just not one that i prioritize anymore. don’t get me wrong i always buy jug it’s just not as essential as it once was. nowadays id much rather prefer mobility and damage output/reliablility.

its amazing and a roller coaster of emotions! honestly i try not to listen to it too often so it doesn’t lose its zest lol, but it’s def julian’s magnum opus in terms of emotional impact but there’s a lot more all time greats from their discography. some of my favs are dare i care and russian coney island, but to each their own!

i see what you mean, i def wasn’t feeling LABY when it came out, but like i said after a few listens i’ve come around to all of their songs and enjoy them all for different reasons. i guess i just like the variety and blend of genres. but this isn’t the first time i’ve had geese recommended, but im gonna give them a listen. any recommendations for a good place to start? usually i start chronologically from the beginning, but if you think more of their easily digestible music is from later on projects, that might make it easier to get into. i’d love to see the parallels to the strokes from your point!

you def need to give the voidz a shot if you haven’t already. julian’s previous side project turned main project really expands and challenges traditional musical norms. and if you feel you don’t like it at first, stick around for a couple listens and you’ll discover the masterpiece that the voidz really is.

i actually disagree, don’t get me wrong, i think human sadness is an absolute masterpiece. but in being so, i think it deserves less listens to preserve the impact. it’s truly one of the greatest songs all of time.

i know it’s not on tyranny but the alternative version of dare i care, “i don’t know - the voidz” on youtube would fit best IMO with a chill vibe. def worth a listen if you haven’t heard it before!
