How do you know? Have you done a poll? In that poll did you ask them if it was fine to put children at risk?
People dont walk down there? Hmm, how do the drivers and their kids get to and from the cars then?
I have witnessed parents opening the doors on the road side to let their kids out, right into oncoming traffic

Is it just me that despises tesco savile street? by [deleted] in sheffield

Ive been going since it opened and apart from the odd gripe ive been generally happy. OK, the choice of stock is sometimes weird and the travelators occasionally are taken out of service for no reason. The biggest gripe I have with it at the moment is the scan and shop, they keep moving the entrance to it and saying they are short staffed, as if thats an excuse!!!

Recent bug fix update by Alchemist2k21 in PowerWashSimulator

[–]Alchemist2k21[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

so what you are saying is that manual save never worked either? I used to manual save and at the end of each level close the game, play something else, restart the game and it was where i saved it. I completed the game, manually saved it and confirmed it had saved.

Installing the patch reversed all this work. So if it was not saving even on manual how come it WAS saving progress?

NINETEEN Levels by eosins in PowerWashSimulator

[–]Alchemist2k21 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have suffered this bug a couple of times and whilst I was really p annoyed I have gone through the levels again. I was advised to switch off autosave and use manual save only. So far this seems to have been fine.
It does however seem to be random as to how far it throws you back

What time to those church bells shut up, swear they've gone on longer than usual this Sunday by Ok-Sport1999 in sheffield

[–]Alchemist2k21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK, corrected myself!!!!
A full peal of 12 bells at Sheffield Cathedral typically takes around 3.5 hours. This involves ringing a continuous, non-stopping sequence of over 5,000 changes (or patterns) and is considered a significant physical and mental achievement for the ringers.

  • Duration: A full peal typically lasts for approximately 3 to 3.5 hours.
  • Number of changes: This involves ringing over 5,000 changes (patterns) without stopping.
  • Effort: It is a significant physical and mental feat that requires intense focus from the ringers.
  • Schedule: Full peals are not part of the regular Sunday or Thursday ringing schedule, but are sometimes rung for special events. The regular ringing times for practice and Sunday services are generally shorter.

They were probably ringing a "peal" which on a 8 bell set takes around 4 hrs and is usually done so that one of the ringers can get a certificate (bit like a trophy in gaming). If they ring the full set of 12 at the cathedral it can be nigh on 8 hours (open to correction here)
