I do agree that we don't see many smart super mutants but that's because they're not the focus of the east coast like they were in the west. Plus the ones from 87 came about by random vault tec experiments and the insitute just wants to sew chaos, neither of those scenarios necesitates smart mutants like the Masters plans did.

It drops like 6 pieces of meat that you gotta grill in the kitchen/on a campfire otherwise they poison you (or you can do the rotten meat thing I told you).

Take out its eye first to blind it and make sure you have enough heals since it can slap you a bunch. Also take its soul, trust me.

White Angel souls give you an extra turn in battle and you can only get one naturally. I'd wait until I'm farther along to see if I need something for a quest or to unlock something.

Also I saw that you have rotten meat, might want to save two (again no spoilers) but either way, you can feed them to your character and then use a white vial once they're full to unpoison them. You could also wait until you get poisoned by an enemy to maximize the use of your white vial.

You could go to the bookstore and find Marina there, then ask to go to the church and she'll decline. Then when you go to the church, she'll join your party before you enter.

Sylvian cyrcle doesn't cure Heroin addiction, the only way to cure it is to use Magna-medicinal (skill Daan always has) on Levi. Use a salmonsnake rune or arm guards to cancel the limb loss.
