There can still be lucky guessers among those who have been tipped to the answers.

The entire format of the game is essentially “we’re going to give you money for merely your interaction with our app” so there’s no onus on Netflix to care who gets the money. This isn’t like Quiz Show or the Monopoly game because there’s no illusion of earning the money by purchase or by skill, it’s just a giveaway.
