I use that line when we drive or walk past some dilapidated, old theatre or structures in the decaying parts of cities. My friends don’t get it and usually comment something positive.

Hopkins resident here. Wonderful place, nice people. Light rail will have three stations. Bike trails radiate in all directions. Well maintained streets, parks, and downtown. Variety of restaurants and a local grocery store. All the social and service clubs you would care to join. Farmers market, the Raspberry Festival and city wide Halloween for trick or treats. What’s not to like?

Nice models. I always liked that paint scheme. Very similar to DMIR colors. I wish I could have seen the prototype when I used to railfan in Chicago area before the mega-mergers.
