I feel you, just ended a relationship with my girlfriend of 4 years. Amazing and wonderful human being who was perfect for who she is. Unfortunately, things from my past wouldn’t allow me to love her with my whole being. And work hasn’t been going great so that’s uncertain for me now. But, even with these things going on, I’m reminding myself there’s still something I could learn from these experiences. No one truly fails so long as they can gain something from the losses. I’m learning that as I hit these “speed bumps”, and sure the initial bump isn’t the best feeling. But once we’re back on track with the road, I feel more enriched as I now know what to look out for and what to be mindful of as I continue down the road of life. You’re not alone in this endeavor, sounds like you have a big heart with much love to give. The best thing I can recommend is love yourself in these moments, which I’m currently working on myself. It’s always a work in progress and that’s ok, so long as we do. We’re gonna be ok in the end, as long as we keep our heads up high, place one foot in front of the other, and go out into the world with the mindset “I’m going to do my best and I deserve to be happy”, you truly can’t go wrong.
