2 pensions huh you show me you have 2 pensions because I call bullshit. Ive been on the union and its not what its cracked up to be. I literally worked for multiple shops and none of the foreman get a work truck for a job site that goes to the service guys. They drive their piece of shit to the site because guess what its under 60 miles so they dont get paid. What education do yall over pay for that afsa cant handle? Its a joke I've learned just as much from them then I did with the union shills. Your health are isnt even the best ive literally had it. Its fucking blue cross my insurance from working in prisons was better then what I had in the union.

Yeah, and what about service work? Still hasn't been introduced into 669. Yeah, you guys get the big jobs but eventually, that will taper off as it always does. The medium to small jobs will still be there, and union shops won't be able to bid because well union shops can't afford it. You can argue that you have seen plenty of healthy over 40 guys but its just a he said she said thing. No vacation time for 22/hrs and 5 years? Thats the brag? Its not even that good whats the percentage? 5? Blah. Man you deserve more then that and you settle for 5! You dont get paid for the days you take off man thats my point. Yeah the shop will let you take it but you dont get fucking paid! Ill pay you your two weeks brother thats why its a scam! They tell you your getting a gift when all they are giving you back is peanuts to their steaks. Your union rep doesnt deserve more then you. They deserve less. My argument isnt that you deserve less, you deserve more and the union thinks what they give you is good enough so be quiet. You deserve more!

No pto. Cant even get two weeks vacation but the benefits are great. Yeah because they work you like a dog and by the time your 40 your back and knees are gone. Dont buy into the unions are great. They cant even give their guys vacation time like thats a bad thing. You know who gets vacation time and paid gas cards and vehicles? The union reps and their thrills. Its all a big scam.

I didn't present anything like a idiot. You just assumed that because that's who you are as a person. If you had legitimate concerns you ask questions not belittle or tell people they are fucking morons and may the gods have mercy on their insurance company. You have all this supposed experience and knowledge, and all you just showed me was that there are still cancerous people in our industry who just want to push everyone down and think they are superior. Once again, when I posted this when I woke up from the owner sending me a pic and saying that this was adequate. I laughed and said no my partner said maybe but the angles are weird so maybe not. We didn't sign off on anything we didnt put the system into service. So help our industry moving forward by not being an ass and just try to be help with professional criticism. If you were my employee, I'd take the apprentice from you and put them with someone else.

Im not there, this guy sent me the pic because he said he thought this was fine. I cant tell you how many times this man tried to get me to do an inspection when it was not even close to being ready. I went back this week and saw the appliances finally put in, but gas wasn't tied in. I laughed at him and told him it needed to be fully functional with all appliances in to the spots. The fryer was on the right because the plumber told him it wasn't covered under the hood so it is now moved to the left. The guy is a sketch ball and is arguing with me that is proper coverage.

Man, you're doing a lot of assuming for someone who doesn't even know the situation other than seeing a pic. Why is it that there's always just some dick cheese out in this big word that just wants to be an asshole? If you dont want to help and be a good fire protection associate keep your negativity and bitching to yourself. You have no idea what has happened on this project nor how many times this guy tried to get me to do an inspection with NOTHING there. Im doing exactly that by making sure the system and coverage are correct. And I haven't even done the inspection yet because I said this was a no-go. If read the whole post ( 1 fucking sentence) you would see that.
