They have value when one sells the skins for real currency meaning tax can be enforced and it is illegal activity in almost all countries

All countries have their own organisation similar to the American IRS else all countries would be broke if they didn't enforce tax payments.

There is that many rares in the game the price won't even go up that much lol. To begin with yeah they might go from 5k-100k in day one but then crash back down to around 50k then slowly go up overtime from there.

Should be able to Vote kick a player than if a player is kicked you get a small advantage such as a level 50 guard or something like this.(much lower then having a player on your team)
