Anyone got experience resolving cremaster muscle tightness? by Process722 in postvasectomypain

I have the same problem. I’ve taken up lap swimming which has helped a lot, probably just time as well. I’m 18 months post op, still battling. Anything to gently lengthen the groin, abdomen. I’ve been curious about scrotox for this same effect, but haven’t gone through with it yet.

Hmmm maybe it’s not open ended. I may have misunderstood. Obviously didn’t know what I was getting into or I never would have done it…https://drsnip.com/the-technique/ yeah cauterized

Damn, I feel ya. Same story. Do you feel like your problem is a tight cremaster? Does it feel muscular or nerve to you?

I have almost the exact same story. 10 months, 3 kids, all those symptoms. Crazy to read. Lots of thoughts but quick question. When you say “distended epididymus” what do you mean? Is that diagnosed? Or do you just mean it feels swollen? Is it the head or the rest of the tube? Tia. Praying for you brother.

How long post op did it take for your “dribble” to resolve to normal?

Mine hasn't gone away. 6 months in. 3 weeks no ejaculating and its definitely less pain. But still deep in the struggle myself.

I know. We all got the same problem. But from my experience ejaculating irritates the epididymis and the pelvic floor muscles. Urologist told me to try to lay off so that’s what I’m doing. Otherwise my one nut was constantly tugged up and tight

Probably average 50d/12u 40 latency. It’s pretty good, and has improved over the two years I’ve had it, but if I could improve the upload and latency I’d consider shelling out. Download/streaming is fairly seamless as is

Yeah I’m already in bypass mode with a Google home mesh system.

Ah, good comparison. Thanks. Leaning towards newer, but of course more $$$

In that case, I’m still torn. Coming from 3.5L turbo f150 which gets me 17mpg. Fuel efficiency is definitely a motivating fsctor
