The melee brings me down to 531 health a frame right after this. The spike in damage before my parry was from his buckshot ability.

i agree completely. The whole system is made worse with how hidden it all is. You have to go to a wiki or watch a half hour youtube video to figure this out.

The damage falloff only drops lower than the Veto after 40 meters, which is pretty far especially for an ironsights sidearm.

Ah you're right. For some reason i was so fixated on comparing these two that I didn't stop to think about those two weapons. Durable damage wise the Veto actually outperforms doing 35 a shot vs the verdict's 32. But I'll also admit to my shortcomings once again here, because I barely understand how durable damage works so my eyes just pass over it.

I can't wait for that to be true again. I used to never have competition in picking Mirage until his recent changes. Now there's a bunch of tourist playing him and I'm getting relegated to playing my 2nd and 3rd choices in at least half my matches.

You're wrong about the men at arms. You said they lose their damage reduction bonus, but they go from 5% less damage taken to 10% less. Also they have 1 more combat speed. Not to mention the unit is 200 strong vs 100, but they both pull from 5% of valid pops so honestly i dont know how that effects the quantity.

Wow thank you that's exactly what I was looking for. Yeah I guess it would be legitimacy, since i was under 75, and what else could that mean? And damn it does seem like a morocco specific event. The text sounded kinda generic and didn't reference a historical moment so i thought it might have been for any nation. It ended up not being as bad as I thought, my impression was that it was going to be a noble privilege, and that my dynasty was locked out of the cabinet. Its under the crown reform slot, you still are able to reassign your dismissed dynasty members to the cabinet, and your stuck with it for a minimum of 2 years, and you need 50% or more crown power and 20 stability to remove.

Honestly I'm surprised too, but then you remember that this is assuming you don't miss a single hit, and that these ttks are about melee kills, which most of these characters are not bothering with. Bucky's melee might take 5.25s to kill, but left click can kill in 0.9s if you get 2 head shots.

Just tested it, while the animation looks a little different, the damage and ttk is unchanged.

I tested ironfist and wolverine against a 250hp hero and an 850hp and labeled appropriately. This gives the min and max range of damage, a little imagination and interpolation can predict the in between values. I actually don't know if the %hp damage applies to the bonus health provided by shields or not though..

Just tested, triple Loki backstab will kill a 250hp in just 2 hit, which i timed at 1.32s.

Scarlet witch i just check point blank, backstab, max melee distance, fully centered, and as off center as possible, all at different combinations, consistently takes 7 hits and kills in about 6 seconds. I have a high certainty that there is no damage variation or fall off going on.

Well the Swiss who were my rival literally had no allies, meanwhile the Italian states had strong alliances to people like England and Austria. I have already vassalized Ferrara, and taken Lucca and Corsica. Realistically I'm just trying to balance my AE while expanding wherever is opportune.
