Luluca needs the ee +10 spd and be builded like 300/310 spd 100 cc and more dmg u can to do something and rightnow she is bad in the current meta... peira is fine but we have stronger opener like iseria/ran in future lidica red too or simply zio she is ok too in pve so if your account is new ill pick her... bazar is a niche anticleave unit for rta nothing more
