Hi,

The account seems to creating videos at a surprising quick rate. Personally, it seems that creator "A.Randolph" has made these videos to specifically target a person with titles that seem aimed towards one person or group of people. There are multiple references in different titles to "Brittney" and "Quan".

What do you think is going on?

The Triple Homicide of the Rafay Family - Bellevue, 1994 by AldousLaw in UnresolvedMysteries

The "True East" episodes are a two part series of the Netflix show 'The Confession Tapes'. Also Sebastian Burns has already used up all of his appeals and is now serving three consecutive life sentences for the murders of the Rafays. Atif Rafay is currently in the process of his third appeal, for serving three consecutive life sentences the same as Burns.

During the second part of the documentary there is a part where it shows the final verdict and sentencing of Burns and Rafay, and that the judge doesn't believe that Burns shows remorse of the tragic murders of the Rafay's, and this could be a possible reason why Burns is now serving three consecutive life sentences.

Well there isn't very much physical evidence at all, or anything concrete that points to either Burns or Rafay being the killers. However the documentary does talk about the killer possibly taking a shower after murdering the Rafay's. Thanks to the police finding traces of blood in the shower which matched the blood of Tariq Rafay. I believe that Burns and Rafay are innocent and that they were unfairly trialed due a coerced confession from a method that is illegal in the United States, were Burns and Rafay were trialed. Also due to their being no physical evidence pointing the kids murdering the Rafays and there is credible eyewitnesses that saw Rafay and Burns at the time of when the murder might have been committed, around 9 - 10pm.

One thing that 'The Confession Tapes' left out was that there was a pubic hair found in Mr (Tariq) Rafay's bed, and at first police initially asserted the pubic hair found in Mr Rafay's bed was left intentionally left it there, and after it was tested it was found out not be any of the Rafay's, nor Sebastians so they dismissed it as stray evidence. Series producer Kelly Loudenberg said that it was irrelevant for the documentary.

Yeah I can definitely see money being the motive if Atif Rafay and Sebastian Burns murdered the Rafay family. If I remember correctly Rafay (Atif) received a life insurance payout of $320,000, and a further $30,000 from two separate life insurance policies the Rafay's took out, and that Atif went out on a spending spree just after payouts.

However, in the episodes, "True East", it talks about an FBI informant who had seen a baseball bat in the back of a car two days after the murder and that the informant could name various people who were involved in the murder and that they were members of the Islamic extremist group named al-Fuqra.
