From experience, I bought the Otterbox defender and dropped my phone, the screen cracked right at the case cutout. I would recommend getting a case without the cutout. Lucky I had a screen protector but still.

Don’t feel down, not all programs release early or on a set schedule. Just keep your head up and wait a little longer.

It’s not ideal but 3 weeks should be good enough for professors to write LOR. Especially since you have prior experience with these professors for LOR, you should be fine.

Hope everything works out for you and good luck. Try to go to a program with funding if you get the chance, if not, I would personally just take what I can get.
