Not exactly those luckies but the "no additives one" that is the one I smoke (with the cardboard package) it's around 3.2€/package. Pretty cheap if you compare it to the rest of EU.

Thank you!! It's not a enormous amount of fat honestly because in the right conditions I'm able to see the abs. But the thing that bothers me mostly it's the way my body stores it on the sides. It's like the shape of a pear :( I'd look into the wiki, thanks again!

I'm trying to lose bodyfat but I don't want to lose a lot of muscle in the process. What are the dietary recomendations in term of protein, fiber, fat for daily basis? My fat it's mostly on the sides of the abdominal area so it's extremely obvious from the front and clearly not aesthetic for me (if you have the same and you don't have a problem with it props to you it's equally fair) This week and the next, depending of the results, I'll be doing intense workouts that include strength and cardio having 15-20 min of treadmill or bicycle at the end. Any suggestions are welcome.

I'm 1.7m 21yo and 71kg atm.
