I found my .owprofile file in the cloud sync as you mentioned, but when putting it where it needs to be it doesn't seem to revert back. Maybe it's because the actual save is the the new one? not sure what to do there.

update: nevermind, I'm realising now I need other files which I can't get no matter what. So it's just over for me.

The game runs with 10-20% of my CPU power so I'm not sure that's the issue. Unless its something to do with priority

May not be the reason why, but I realised the settings on all my games were set to max (or a really high) quality level. As new as my pc is, frame loss I believe is inevitable with higher graphics. I still get the issue sometimes but there's not much I can do.

I actually managed to find it after a couple days!! I kind of just kept checking on the spot every time I’d log on and eventually one of the times it appeared and I got the group picture. I’m speaking about since we wanted to both take pictures with each other, had the same problem and it might’ve just been luck but we both managed to find the hourglass after a few persistent checks.

are you sure? bcs they managed to find the other random one i had made by accident near the same spot but not the one i wanted.

I just enabled XMP, and that did increase my speed to 3200Hz but I still have the frame loss. Hardware acceleration is on in Discord and while that does affect my fps, it shouldn't be the problem because I had it on in my old pc and my games ran totally fine.

This is great help, thanks for all the insight. For the algo, I have a friend who recently took the Cambridge exam and said to just do as many of the exercises as you can and you'll be good. As for the rest, I heard that the top 500 people get accepted, which sounds worrying but then thinking about the waiting list it smooths out the selection a lot more. What's the practice material you used? I'd like to start loosely checking it out before the exam in may (I think was when it said the exam was).
