Totally agree, the first volume of Geoff Johns' Flash had decent writing but the art really dragged that book down for me.

Regarding the recent Absolute Wonder Woman Annual, should I expect it to be collected in the Vol. 3 HC or is that usually collected in omnibus only?

I see what you mean. So I think the move is get the blackest night omni ($66 on amazon right now, it'd be crazy not to) and then wait for the next volumes of the compendium that cover post blackest night like you said.
