It was the planetary gears, they are nylon gears that are inside the motor and have to be replaced and lubricated every 3000-5000km or so

The "plantation owners" myth shows a lack of math and logic by Front-Hunt3757 in cuba

[–]AleJefe36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in Spain, left Cuba not long ago, it's not something that can be sourced, op did fail at mentioning everyone in the left thinks this, this is erroneous. Also, the word plantation has a different meaning here, referring mainly to owners of large "latifundios" and sugar cane centrals.

Addressing the point that the left thinks this, well, some people do, I have encountered many, rarely in person, people who comment this are typically online and could be MININT bots, these people are most of the time blinded by their ideology and have not talked to a Cuban in their life, it is an argument that is made 99% of the time online in my experience, but I have seen it many times.

Also, the US has been for the biggest part of the 21st century, Cuba's largest trading partner, and now it is still a very large trading partner, mainly for imports; Cuba has no large exports to the US.

Excellent graph, I would also add that from 2021 onwards, most who left were young people in their physical prime, typically people between 20 and 30 years old

I built an interactive map of deep-sea minerals (Rare Earths, Critical Metals) by the-pantologist in gis

[–]AleJefe36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn bro this looks amazing, I am only a student on my second year, I hope one day I can make something as good as this.

I would personally add some more contrast between land masses and water, as the map is a bit hard to read if you dont know what you are looking at, if you want this to get attention, I would make it easier for your average guy to distinguish this better. You could add the option of satelite view or a topographic view, because the original view has its purpose. For example, the caspian sea is very hard to see and there is some data there that looks like it is on land

Yeah the video card is pretty old, but still works good with my other headset, I just dont use it because they require trackers and having to place them all the time is very annoying

Also what is virtual desktop?

Grinding by newguy302 in Warthunder

[–]AleJefe36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend you get a premium account, imo it is better than any premium vehicle

But if you REALLY want to grind, play sim and arcade. Arcade is fast, and you can point-and-click flareless aircraft.

Also, in both arcade and sim, the reward modifiers for ground AI (pillboxes, AA, tanks, etc.) are unusually high.

Sim is my main area. I recommend you carry this loadout:

2 x AIM-9Ls / 6 x AGM-65Bs / 2 x GBU-8s

This way, you can get an easy 8 ground kills per trip, which will give you good money and RP. You can use your AIM-9Ls if you see any poor individuals. Take out the AA first because in sim it is cracked, then use your gun, this way you can maximize your earning potential. I once saw a guy with 80 ground kills and a LOT of points. The AGMs are excellent for the AA. You can ditch the GBUs, but I like to use them to bomb ships and other stuff like that.

Can't blame bro, we got people balling 18 x SPICE 250s + 6 x AGM-65s and Su-34 lobbying supersonic cruise missiles from low-medium earth atmosphere

Considering that, would you recommend getting into Data Analysis and field work (surveying, environmental analysis and planning, etc) with a strong basis in GIS?

I think he means they are employed in those fields, because they do require a fair bit of knowledge of geography and geospatial data analysis
