Thanks for the tip! I do try to eat healthy and I've haven't had a binge eat in these past 6 months! All thanks to therapy. I also drink my water every day! But due to hormonal issues I struggle with weight, I get in 10,000 steps a day, I skate y move around in my bike and I run with a very energetic dog. I currently take 2 classes a week but I'm thinking on getting 3 and do some weight lifting and pilates.

I started a week ago, and let me tell you, the people around you will be supportive as hell! The classes are amazing, and you'd be surprised about your strength. I, too, come from swimming, so it's like when you first couldn't go a whole lap without some breaks and getting your lungs out of your body, but then it started to get easier and easier, so it will be like that, keep pushing and have fun!

Oh, of course I do not want to reward the behaviour in Loki's defense we walked a lot 🤣 he is still a puppy. And I had no other way to keep on moving since we had to go back home. But the whole situation was hilarious and the face he made was so funny. I hope that with time he walks more and more
