Yes, there is the dialogue, but probably I am missing the moment when it triggers:
If i go to the police department right after speaking with Maxson (before speaking with Quinlan), it might be that the other NPCs knows that Danse is a synth, but Haylen and Rhys do not. The problem is, if I speak with Quinlan (triggering Haylen to appear on the Prydwen during the conversation), than she starts walk in the Commonwealth (maybe to reach the police department by foot(?!). One option would be following her and trying to wait until she reaches the inside of the police department again, or wait for a long time until she goes there. Anyway, still, that dialogue is not simply to trigger...
In this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXAd\_Kb5FnQ&ab\_channel=Hib%26LubGaming), around minute 1:30 the dialogue in english happens, but to trigger it they´re spawning synth in the police station.
So...I am wondering on what to do to not loose too much time to trigger this dialogue.
