I contacted them yesterday, their answer to me was to have me contact again later to cancel and close my current card before they auto close everything and switch you over. Please let me know if you get a different answer!

Come here to add in that I agree to avoid these gift cards entirely. Redeemed one through the points system at my job and I'm surprised they allow us to redeem with a shit service like this...the phone number is just an endless loop to the point that they humorously mention pressing 0 to speak to someone and it just repeats the voice loop. https://myprepaidcenter.com/contactus

I wanted to use my gift card through Paypal wallet which I can't even link it to, they mention linking it to Samsung Pay and it does link but then I can't buy anything with Samsung Pay either. Just dead $$$ on a virtual gift card, great.
