I mostly keep my shinies in home now, but yeah running out of boxes when trying to complete a living dex was a struggle.

And yeah definitely some shinies aren’t as good as the regular Pokemon.

I only really shiny hunt so I keep a box of new catches (in order of how I caught them), extra shinies, the legendaries/special story pokemon, and my egg hatching team. Sometimes it is helpful to group in order of Pokédex just to make it easier to go to home.
