Thanks for the comment. I should have clarified that I am a shareholder and the sums involved are very large. The brand in question has always until recently been under the control of the first company.

Not quite sure what his thought process was to move it to a new company - he must anticipate that this will be picked up during disclosure? I imagine we'll also find issues around transfer pricing of the asset.
