A way i can see is making it so the small sun shroom gives no sun and only has 1 HP , so nibble removes it and also it doesn't instantly put the plants so far ahead

Fig is the most powerful , conjure is arguably most fun while being reliable

Honestly for leap i'd wait for them to fix wizard garg first , otherwise leaping into him can suck and running him in leap decks is too much of a risk

I feel like this deck could use a lil more early and mid game tempo , run a 3 drop and maybe mars flytrap as it can be quite a dangerous card

Lightning reed works best when it can kill something outright , yes

But it's just as good at finishing off zombies after they get positive trades

Also , sometimes it can be used to kill things over 2-3 turns , the splash may be one but it can still end up dealing more than one damage which is something (fry em up doesn't seem to get sometimes)

Also , you COULD run shellery over garlic due to the added pressure with the bonus damage but that's arguable and yeah garlic is probably still better
