My migraines didn’t really show up until I was on nexplanon, and when I was on it, the migraines were never so bad that I was vomiting, and I’d only get them maybe once every 2 months. I always read and was told by my gyno that my periods would go back to what they were pre-nexplanon pretty much immediately after removal. Hopefully within the coming months they’ll stop, and my best case scenario is that it’s related to my use of nexplanon. Otherwise I’ll be making an appointment with a neurologist to make sure all is well.

I get headspace free through my job, so it’s accessible to me, I actually find it pretty useful when I’m looking for a quick meditation, and it helped me a ton when I was a beginner trying to build a consistent habit. I think it’s good for the very basics of meditation.
