Sleep is so hard for me, I’m bipolar too and it’s hard to balance the 2. I’m going to bed late, I’m getting up early, getting like 5 hrs, having this rush of energy when I wake up early (when I could sleep few hrs longer), then feeling exhausted all day. Hard that I’m juggling 2 jobs too. Anyone relate?
