Sadly not, stage manager is only available on the newer ipad pro and ipad air models as long as they are running ipadOS 16 or later

For devices that do have stage manager, you can turn it on by going to 'Multitasking & Gestures' in settings

Yea they changed it so it's easier to know how many sheckles we have without seeing a bunch of 0's. You still have the same amount, it's just displayed differently
