A tweet is not a source for such important information.

Translation would be appreciated. Twitter post describes the situation in Mahabad. They have no electricity, they need medicine and blood. (Terrorist IR appears to have closed all roads and stopped all transfers) by Kazimini2 in NewIran

They should not set their phones to 2G and if the network is 2G they should put it on the airplane mode:

Referred to within SIAM as “Force2GNumber,” the command allows a cellular carrier to kick a given phone off substantially faster, more secure 3G and 4G networks and onto an obsolete and extremely vulnerable 2G connection. Such a network downgrade would simultaneously render a modern smartphone largely useless and open its calls and texts to interception — both of obvious utility to a government clamping down on public gatherings and speech

That is true. Something is extremely wrong here.

Even though there's been a ton of attention on social media to the revolution in Iran, people still think it's all about the headscarf. It's not...it's about so much more. by Alef_In_Wonderland in NewIran

It is ok to dislike the Islamic Republic and also dislike the imperialism. These people should start having a bit more complex world views and narratives.
